The Fine Arts Collaborative will unite artists, arts organizations, educational institutions, and community stakeholders in

fostering a vibrant Fine Arts environment In The County. It will operate as a dialogue-driven initiative focused on promoting creative exchange and discourse among its members.

The Proposed Collaborative will officially honor DR.WILLIAM E. McCLUSKEY, an exemplary member of the Monroe County and regional Fine Arts Community.
